Coaching sessions are priced to reflect the depth of support, preparation, and practical value you’ll receive.

Self-funded individual packages start from £360 for 3 sessions (1.5 hours each), with flexible payment options available.
If your organisation is funding the coaching, different rates apply — and discounted pricing is available for non-profits.

Retainer services

I offer flexible, practical HR retainer packages designed specifically for small businesses (typically with 50 or fewer employees).
